Position: Compliance Support Officer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with hybrid working (1 day office-based – Tuesdays)

Salary: £16.00 per hour

Contract: Initial 3-month contract to July 2025, with potential extension

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in North London, seeking a Compliance Support Officer to support the Technical Services team. The role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems. Experience in statutory electrical compliance is highly regarded.

Key Duties:
  • Review risk assessments, service records, and raise necessary repairs/actions.
  • Monitor completion of actions and update internal systems.
  • Upload compliance documentation to internal systems accurately.
  • Arrange appointments for statutory checks and liaise with contractors and residents.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Administrative experience within compliance, housing, property services, or building safety.
  • Preferably, knowledge of statutory electrical compliance.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to workload.
