Compliance Supervisor - London

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Compliance Supervisor to join the team located in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will ensure the site complies with all aspects of the contract, including Statutory Aspects, QHSE aspects, and the Company logbook systems, thus ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Role Summary:
  • Demonstrate integrity and ensure compliance with all business-wide policies and strategies through QHSE Management System Audit.
  • Provide administrative guidance for the entire site and team members regarding compliance.
  • Manage all record-keeping related to compliance activities (L8, Loler, PSSR, Gas Safe, etc.).
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of business policies and processes within the contract.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the training strategy, including project delivery where required.
  • Ensure achievement of agreed functional standards and service level agreements by collaborating with the account leadership team.
  • Compile and maintain reports and performance monitoring metrics to coach and educate staff.
  • Support effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and management contributions.
  • Assist with reviews of Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work.
  • Proactively manage SHEP (Safety, Health & Environment Process) to ensure relevant processes are followed.
Experience Required:
  • Good basic education with proficiency in written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
  • Experience managing compliance aspects of an FM contract.
  • Organized, self-motivated individual with flexibility to adapt to fast-changing site conditions.
  • Experience with CBRE systems is desirable due to project timelines.
  • IOSH Managing Safety certification.
  • Experience managing in critical environments such as Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas.
  • Experience setting up new sites.
