Are you passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence?
We're looking for a Compliance Supervisor to champion our SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead by Example - Promote and ensure safe working practices for yourself and others.
Track & Report - Maintain and produce compliance KPIs to support performance monitoring.
Audit & Improve - Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
Support Maintenance - Create job cards and manage SAP orders as needed.
Stay Organised - Populate compliance folders daily and monthly.
Be the Voice of Meetings - Produce accurate minutes for operational and other key meetings.
Procurement Engagement - Collaborate with procurement to ensure compliance in sourcing.
Drive Communication - Implement SHE alerts and toolbox talks (TBTs).
5S & Safety Leadership - Lead safety teams and promote workplace organisation.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of SHE and Quality policies.
Experience with SAP and compliance reporting.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a compliance, safety, or supervisory role is a plus.
