Overview Of The Compliance & Regulatory Executive

As a Compliance & Regulatory Executive, you will drive the implementation and enhancement of our clients' compliance framework, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. You will manage compliance systems, monitor regulatory changes, and educate business leaders on compliance requirements. Your expertise will help safeguard the organisation against risks and promote best practices in regulatory compliance.

Compliance & Regulatory Executive Duties
  • Manage submissions and calculations for regulatory requirements, including Climate-related Financial Disclosure Regulations 2022, WEEE, Hazmat, and Packaging Regulations.
  • Review and develop policies to ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
  • Assess business ventures for potential compliance risks.
  • Oversee compliance plans, controls assurance, and day-to-day management of the compliance system.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Advise internal teams and business partners on compliance program implementation.
  • Ensure marketing materials meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and advice on compliance issues and incidents.
  • Collaborate with HR to enforce compliance regulations across the business.
  • Train cross-functional teams on compliance requirements.
Skills and Experience Needed
  • Experience with WEEE, Hazmat, and Packaging Regulations (Essential).
