Office Angels Limited is seeking a Compliance & Quality Manager in Canterbury, Kent. You will act as the named Responsible Person, overseeing GDP, regulatory compliance, health & safety, and HR/facilities administration while supporting governance.

The role offers influence with senior leadership during a growth phase. You should have RP/Deputy RP experience in a regulated wholesale environment, MHRA inspection exposure, ISO 9001/ISO 14001 proficiency, and strong audit/training capabilities.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Responsible Person or Deputy Responsible Person within a regulated wholesale environment.
• Experience supporting or leading MHRA inspections is essential.
• Strong understanding of GDP requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Cogent Gold Standard RP training or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and effectively within a part-time role.
• Excellent organisation, record-keeping and communication skills.
• ISO Lead Auditor qualification would be an advantage.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Previous exposure to HR administration or recruitment support.
• Eligible to act as the named Responsible Person from day one and demonstrate previous MHRA inspection experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the named Responsible Person from day one and own compliance and quality activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve the GDP quality management system.
• Lead internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Support the company's transition towards Marketing Authorisation Holder.
• Manage relationships with regulatory and pharmacovigilance partners.
• Deliver compliance and quality training across the business.
• Supervise and support Deputy Responsible Persons.
