Job Title: Compliance Project Manager

Location: West London (Must be within a 30-minute commute)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Compliance Project Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team based in West London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a range of compliance and operational initiatives across an international business.

You will play a leading role in compliance project delivery, ensuring systems, vendors, and policy frameworks are fit-for-purpose and well managed. You'll also be involved in controls, assurance, and policy/procedural updates, working closely with both UK and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance-related projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to implementation and review.
• Oversee compliance systems management, vendor relationships, and project reporting.
• Support operational excellence through strong controls, assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and global standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to manage and deliver international compliance and operational projects.
• Track progress, manage budgets and risks, and ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and compliance standards.

About You

• Proven track record of leading and owning projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, systems, and operational controls.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system implementations.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously.
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of West London – this is an on-site role (5 days per week).
