What you’ll do

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager to drive compliance excellence across our organisation. You’ll play a key role in managing our Second Line Programme, ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and communication. If you have a passion for compliance, strong project management skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, this role is for you!

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of compliance programmes, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the Second Line Programme, working across business units to drive alignment.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management on compliance programme progress and impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving compliance awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance-related documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Who you are
  • You have at least 2 years of compliance or risk management experience and 4+ years of programme management experience.
  • You bring a strong understanding of compliance monitoring architecture and data.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across cultures and markets.
  • You’re experienced in driving behavioural change, training, and compliance communications (an advantage).
  • You hold a degree in accounting, law, programme management, or a related field, with compliance qualifications being a plus.
