Duration: End of August
Location: Leeds or London, Onsite 1 - 2 days a week.

The Compliance Optimisation Executive will be developing and improving the compliance processes. Collaboration with a wide range of functions within the evoke business to support the delivery change that impacts the control framework. Document compliance requirements for change. Ensuring appropriate governance and record keeping is in place. Generate regular reports for senior management on the status of regulatory change. Proactive management of programme and project management level risks, issues, and dependencies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve compliance processes.
2. Collaborate with various functions to support delivery changes impacting the control framework.
3. Document compliance requirements for change.
4. Ensure appropriate governance and record keeping.
5. Generate regular reports for senior management on regulatory change status.
6. Proactively manage programme and project management level risks, issues, and dependencies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in online and retail licenses.
2. Regulatory compliance background.
3. Able to evaluate data and monitor compliance frameworks and policy position.
4. Project management skills with a track record of working on cross-functional projects.
5. Experience in the betting and gaming industry.
6. Experience in KYC, AML, or other relevant regulations.
7. ICA certification or similar is a plus.
