Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Operations Manager.

Role Overview

The role involves managing a team of coordinators providing front-line support to customers, supporting senior management to meet deadlines and objectives, and developing systems and best practices within the packaging function. The manager will liaise with Environment Agencies, ensure compliance with regulations, and support internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of compliance coordinators
• Support scheme approval, operational planning, and audits
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, invoicing, debt management, and ISO processes
• Liaise with Environment Agency
• Maintain relationships with key clients
• Support submission periods and recruitment of new members

Requirements

• Exceptional knowledge of Packaging, WEEE & EPR Regulations
• Proficiency in office applications
• Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills
• High numeracy and literacy skills
