Job description

We are now looking for a Compliance Operations Analyst to grow our compliance team in our London office. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, gregarious, detail-oriented, and capable of articulating data-driven opinions. The role is essential in managing risks around our customers, including conducting checks on customer accounts in line with our SOF/SOW policies and leading efforts to ensure customer spend is affordable.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on customer documentation analysis, ensuring our customers are crime-free and gambling responsibly. You should have a strong understanding of our policies on affordability and know when to escalate customers to the AML team.

About You

  • Experience conducting customer reviews and analysis, ideally in financial services or gambling sectors
  • Strong knowledge of verifying Source of Wealth and Source of Funds
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to online gambling, including money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
  • Awareness of policies related to customer affordability and safer gambling
  • Attention to detail and experience analyzing customer documents
  • Ability to evaluate complex issues and exercise sound judgment
  • Professional certifications such as ICA or ACAMS are advantageous
