Join Our Team as a Planning Compliance Officer
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safety and compliance in housing? We're looking for a Planning Compliance Officer to join our Property Care team and help us achieve 100% compliance across key statutory service areas including Gas Safety, Electrical Inspections (EICR), and Renewable Energy systems.
What could you be doing?
You'll play a vital role in coordinating access to homes, monitoring overdue appointments, and ensuring services are delivered on time. With a strong emphasis on data accuracy, process compliance, and customer engagement, you will directly support the safe, timely, and customer-focused delivery of statutory compliance services—while ensuring a clear and maintained audit trail.

This role is Home Based but you will need to live close to the Worcester office, as this is a main hub for the team, so we are looking for people who live in Worcestershire.
