Qualifications

Job description

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £32,500 pro rata

We are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, working 28 hours across the week.

You would play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, ensuring regulatory policies are up to date and changes are implemented, maintaining a robust culture of compliance within the organisation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Compliance team, monitoring critical compliance registers, assisting with essential updates, supporting training and education, and helping to update and integrate new regulatory policies throughout the bank.

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Experienced background in compliance advice, within banking and financial services
  • In-depth knowledge of UK banking regulations, in particular data protection, PRA and FCA
  • Experience maintaining compliance registers and managing regulatory changes through regular updates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present compliance issues clearly across the bank
  • Collaborative team player with problem solving ability and acute attention to detail, with a high level of organisation, time management, and prioritisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
