A reputable facilities maintenance company is seeking a Compliance Officer based in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Property/FM or construction and possess strong analytical and admin skills. Responsibilities include overseeing directly employed engineers and subcontractor performance, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to PPM performance meetings. A competitive salary of £25,500 is offered for this permanent position.

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer to work with a very reputable Facilities Maintenance company based in Plymouth. The role will be based in their Plymouth office and requires a candidate who can work with an organised and diligent approach. You will be required to be very analytical, have an eye for detail, ideally some scheduling experience and have experience in Property/FM or construction. You will be required to have fantastic admin/IT skills and be commercially astute.
To be responsible for overseeing directly employed engineers and specialist sub-contractor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and PPM remedial works documentation to ensure that mechanical and electrical statutory compliance is maintained in line with the requirements of a specific Contract.
The candidate should be analytical with an eye for detail, ideally some scheduling experience and have experience in Property/FM or construction. Excellent admin/IT skills and commercial acumen are required.
