Overview

Compliance Officer — Plymouth — Permanent — £25,500

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer to work with a very reputable Facilities Maintenance company based in Plymouth. The role will be based in their Plymouth office and requires a candidate who can work with an organised and diligent approach. You will be required to be very analytical, have an eye for detail, ideally some scheduling experience and have experience in Property/FM or construction. You will be required to have fantastic admin/IT skills and be commercially astute.

Role

To be responsible for overseeing directly employed engineers and specialist sub-contractor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and PPM remedial works documentation to ensure that mechanical and electrical statutory compliance is maintained in line with the requirements of a specific Contract.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Contract Manager in the monitoring of directly employed engineer performance.
  • Assists the Contract Manager in the monitoring of sub- contractor performance
  • Oversee and escalate any operational contract risk to the Contract Manager
  • Provide management information and positively participate in and contribute to internal and Client Scheduled PPM performance review meetings
  • Works closely with the contract Help Desk team
Requirements

The candidate should be analytical with an eye for detail, ideally some scheduling experience and have experience in Property/FM or construction. Excellent admin/IT skills and commercial acumen are required.
