Role: Compliance Officer

Salary: £26,000 per annum rising to £27,500 after completion of successful probation period

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)

Location: Between L3 9AG & L25 2PR

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive professional to help us deliver excellence across our contracts. In this role, you’ll carry out audits, ensure compliance with policies and Prime Contractor standards, and work closely with our team to spot improvements and share best practice. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a passion for quality, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all contracts, audits and compliance checks are in line with the company’s policies and procedures regarding internal quality standards, Provider Guidance and Prime Contractor rules and regulations
  • Carry out audits and compliance checks across the department and assist in identifying other areas that require review
  • Identify areas of weakness and recommend suitable courses of action to rectify problems. Liaise with the appropriate people to implement solutions, where appropriate
  • Produce audit feedback as required to staff
  • Liaise with the Quality team to schedule internal audits.
Requirements
  • Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
  • IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable
  • Ability to work with Centre staff to resolve any issues arising from the audits & compliance
  • Ability/experience of planning and implementing quality systems
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and co-ordinate activities with other areas of the company
  • Ability/experience of delivering feedback in a positive and constructive manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Full UK driving license as you may be required to travel to other Centres.

Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
