About the role
The MIS department (North Bank) are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a complex and diverse role, in which you will work closely with the Vocational Trainers, Programme Leaders and the Leadership Management to provide high quality and responsive administrative support.
Duties will include although not exhaustive:
Running rigorous audit checks on all data systems
Ensuring audit checks are planned and conducted routinely and within agreed timescales
Reviewing controls, processes, and procedures for compliance
Safe collection and safe storage of all auditable documents as required by external funding agencies.
Participating in the internal & external audits.
About the person
The successful candidate will have experience in a compliance role or similar, ideally from within an education setting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team are all essential to the role.
Candidates should also have:
Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
Level 2 Business Administration
Experience of analysing data
ICT competency
