The Role

As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, you’ll oversee regulatory compliance across EASA, CAA Part , CAA Part CAMO, and BCAR within Babcock Mission Critical Services.

You will report to the Safety & Compliance Director and be responsible for implementing and managing the Compliance Monitoring Audit Plan related to aviation regulations and standards, primarily concerning Continuing Airworthiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement the Compliance Monitoring Audit Programme for EASA, CAA Part , CAA Part CAMO, BCAR, and CAA Part 21G, ensuring regular reviews against regulatory requirements and addressing non-conformance issues.
2. Conduct scheduled audits and ensure timely rectification of any findings.
3. Negotiate with CAA & EASA authorities regarding approvals and coordinate communications.
4. Monitor amendments to procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guidance.
5. Review and submit formal amendments of MOE / CAME / POE to the authorities.
6. Hold regular reviews of the Safety & Compliance System with management teams to ensure standards are met.

This is a full-time role based at Staverton, with hybrid working options available.

Essential Experience

1. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations including UK, EASA, and other frameworks.
2. Experience with audit techniques, Root Cause Analysis, and safety standards.
3. Practical expertise in aviation safety management systems and ICAO Annex 19.
4. Experience with authorization procedures.
5. Previous roles acceptable to EASA/CAA as Compliance Monitoring Manager (Form 4 holder).
