Compliance Manager – Policy & Advisory – Salary circa £55,000
Join our newly established Group Compliance and Conduct Policy and Advisory team! We seek a proactive team player with stakeholder management skills and experience in an FCA regulated environment in compliance and conduct risk roles. If you fit this description, we want to hear from you!
About the role:
You will partner with Group Functions, providing regulatory compliance and conduct advice, guidance, and challenge to support the achievement of the department’s objectives. You will work with markets on high-impact regulatory programs and help develop policies and standards aligned with the firm’s regulatory duties and strategic goals, offering risk partnership services to Brand and Corporate Affairs on behalf of Group Risk.
You will assist the Head of Group Compliance, Conduct Policy and Advisory, and the Group Compliance and Conduct Director to ensure effective operation, value addition, and trusted contribution across the organization.
You will collaborate with Group Functions on regulatory compliance and conduct issues, providing pragmatic advice, guidance, and support to market or divisional teams as needed.
You will contribute to developing Group Policies and Business Standards, including Conduct, Employee Conflicts of Interest, Managing Regulatory Change, and Market Abuse, aligned with Group and Market priorities.
Part of your role involves developing and delivering training on Compliance and Conduct topics to foster understanding and embed policies, standards, and frameworks.
Group Compliance and Conduct is a second line of defense within Aviva’s One Risk framework. The role requires curiosity and collaboration across a dynamic group.
