Join our newly established Group Compliance and Conduct Policy and Advisory team! We seek a proactive team player with stakeholder management skills and experience in an FCA regulated environment in compliance and conduct risk roles. If you fit this description, we want to hear from you!

About the role:

You will partner with Group Functions, providing regulatory compliance and conduct advice, guidance, and challenge to support the achievement of the department’s objectives. You will assist the Head of Group Compliance, Conduct Policy and Advisory, and the Group Compliance and Conduct Director to ensure effective operation, value addition, and trusted contribution across the organization.

You will collaborate with Group Functions on regulatory compliance and conduct issues, providing pragmatic advice, guidance, and support to market or divisional teams as needed.

You will contribute to developing Group Policies and Business Standards, including Conduct, Employee Conflicts of Interest, Managing Regulatory Change, and Market Abuse, aligned with Group and Market priorities.

Part of your role involves developing and delivering training on Compliance and Conduct topics to foster understanding and embed policies, standards, and frameworks.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive salary (range depending on location, skills, experience, qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity up to 10% of salary based on performance.
  • Generous pension scheme contribution up to 14%.
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell days.
  • Discounts on Aviva products and other retailers, up to 40%.
  • Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares annually via the Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme.
  • Supportive policies, including parental and carer’s leave.
  • Flexible benefits, including sustainability options like cycle to work.
  • Paid volunteering days and wellbeing support.
