A regulatory compliance organization in Leeds is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager. This position involves overseeing compliance monitoring plans and regulatory risks, ensuring organizational integrity and adherence to laws. The Risk and Compliance teams act as the second line oversight function across the Company. The compliance team provides support and oversight of the regulatory requirements across the business and delivers the output from the monitoring completed in line with the Board Risk Committee approved plan and provides regular reporting in relation to regulatory risk and conduct risk management.
We re now looking for a Compliance Manager to be responsible for ensuring effective Compliance monitoring is planned, performed, and reported, and for providing associated ongoing guidance and support to the business.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance and MLRO, the Compliance Manager will provide appropriate challenge to the business and senior management in respect of regulatory risks, conduct and financial crime risks, and compliance with designated regulation and/or legislation, as well as overseeing that associated policies, procedures and controls are in place and operated.
