Compliance Manager – MGA

IDEX Consulting are exclusively partnered with a specialist Managing General Agent (MGA) to find a Compliance Manager who will report directly to the CEO and take ownership of a diverse and high-impact compliance function.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, specialist MGA with international reach. The Compliance Manager will play a key leadership role, ensuring the business operates within regulatory boundaries across multiple jurisdictions, while also shaping and embedding best-in-class compliance frameworks.

You’ll manage both advisory and policy aspects of compliance, including:

  • Day-to-day governance across UK and international entities
  • Oversight of regulatory obligations, licensing, and reporting
  • Development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Horizon scanning and regulatory change management
  • Input into strategic decisions at board level

As the company expands globally, you will also support and advise on international licensing, cross-border governance, and the development of compliance infrastructure for overseas offices.

Key Responsibilities:
