The Regulatory Compliance team manages Fitch Ratings’ interactions with regulators across EMEA, including reporting, inspections, and examinations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with credit rating agency regulations, regulatory reporting, policy review, and handling conduct investigations and complaints.
