Job Description:

Compliance Manager - Lloyd's Market

London/Hybrid

Duties:

  1. Support the business as the Compliance function SME.
  2. Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory Principles.
  3. Design and maintain thematic reviews and monitoring activities.
  4. Undertake reviews of regulatory developments.
  5. Create & maintain relevant compliance policies & procedures.
  6. Lead on the production and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports.
  7. Provide timely responses to queries received from the International business.
  8. Design and deliver compliance training.
  9. Stakeholder management with the International business.

Knowledge and experience:

  1. Good knowledge of financial crime, sanctions and conduct requirements.
  2. Strong compliance experience within Lloyd's managing agent.
  3. International level of experience in Licensing Applications, desirable but not essential.
  4. Experience of regulatory reporting and the use of FCA systems.
  5. Previous experience of managing other compliance professionals (not essential).
  6. Experience of working with senior management.
