Contract: Permanent

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

Job Description:

Are you an experienced compliance professional with expertise in wholesale investments? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a regulatory consultancy, providing expert advice and solutions across the Investments sector. You will deliver high-quality compliance support, helping clients navigate complex regulatory challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing compliance guidance on MiFID II, AIFMD, market abuse, short selling, and offshore fund establishment.
• Supporting regulatory projects such as compliance reviews, audits, and policy updates.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensuring their implementation.
• Building trusted client relationships and advising on best practices.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of compliance excellence.

About You:

• Proven experience in wholesale investment compliance, preferably with hedge funds and private equity.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including MiFID II, AIFMD, SFTR, EMIR, and SM&CR.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver excellent client service.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CISI IOC, IAD, PCIAM) are desirable.
