The Role

In this position, you will:

• Provide compliance guidance on MiFID II, AIFMD, market abuse, short selling, and offshore fund establishment.
• Support regulatory projects, including compliance reviews, audits, and policy updates.
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation.
• Develop trusted client relationships and advise on best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of compliance excellence.

About You

• Proven experience in wholesale investment compliance, with exposure to hedge funds and private equity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks like MiFID II, AIFMD, SFTR, EMIR, and SM&CR.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality service.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CISI IOC, IAD, PCIAM) are desirable.
