Compliance Manager (Futures & Options/ETDs) – Investment Bank start-up new business line – Exciting opportunity!
Martis Search is representing a London-based Investment Bank to hire a new “Compliance Manager” for their launch of a new “Futures & Options Clearing” business. The role reports to the Head of Compliance in their London office.
Your responsibilities will include helping to start-up, design, build, and manage all Futures Compliance processes from scratch.
The company has a strong track record in other asset classes, is a global bank with a solid balance sheet, and has plans to expand their Futures & Options trading desks in London.
We are seeking candidates with extensive Futures & Options Compliance experience (minimum 10 years), ideally as a Senior Futures & Options Compliance Manager, looking for an opportunity to build a new function.
You should be of “graduate calibre” with strong knowledge of Futures & Options/ETD Compliance, including Compliance Reporting, Trade Surveillance, and Regulatory Operations, with a good understanding of the FCA Handbook and Market Abuse Regulations.
Given the initial team size, the role will be both hands-on and strategic, with potential to hire and manage a team of Futures Compliance professionals in London.
The company offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work and in-office presence.

Salary
Between £90,000 and £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare, life insurance, medical cash plan, private medical, and income protection.
