A leading company in investment management seeks a Compliance Manager for a 6-month contract to oversee the compliance system MyComplianceOffice (MCO). This role will focus on managing brokerage accounts, updating feeds, and ensuring conflict of interest processes are maintained, requiring extensive compliance experience and excellent communication skills.

The role will give you instant access across all levels of ICG and will have an almost immediate impact. We are looking for someone who can help us to update MCO and get us on top of a backlog.
Position Summary
The Compliance team consists of 22 employees, situated across London, Warsaw, Luxembourg, Paris, Singapore and the US. Roles are varied, often challenging, and cover a broad range of regulation and jurisdictions. The team supports 10 regulated entities offering investment management and advisory services, including private funds like Mezzanine and Equity, Credit, Senior Debt, Real Estate, and Secondaries, marketed into 30+ jurisdictions.
Reporting to the Head of Group, US and APAC Compliance, you will assist with updating the Compliance System MyComplianceOffice ("MCO"), especially relating to brokerage accounts and feeds. Extensive experience with MCO, particularly in relation to brokerage accounts and feeds, is essential. This is a hands-on role to help get MCO back on track and explore new brokerage feed connections.
You will also assist Central Compliance with identifying and managing Conflicts of Interest and inputting these into MCO.
