  • Expert knowledge of RRFO 2005
  • Expert knowledge of associated statutory compliance regulation and legislation
  • Expert knowledge of maximising resources and managing budgets effectively in a commercially focused and financially disciplined environment
  • Proven ability to work credibly with different organisations through partnerships to deliver complex, high-profile projects within tight deadlines
  • Experience working with a variety of service providers, aligning their needs and aspirations within an agreed specification
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills for both external and internal teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver projects to strict deadlines
  • Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to operate with sensitivity within a political environment

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Worcester office. The position is 35 hours per week, with a salary range of £35,887 - £38,288 (pay award pending) plus a market forces supplement of £6,000 per annum.
