We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in RRFO 2005 and associated statutory compliance regulation and legislation.

  1. Deep knowledge of RRFO 2005 and related statutory regulations.
  2. Proven ability to maximise resources and manage budgets effectively within a commercially focused and financially disciplined environment.
  3. Experience working credibly with different organisations through partnerships to deliver complex, high-profile projects within tight deadlines.
  4. Ability to collaborate with a variety of service providers, aligning their needs within specified parameters.
  5. Leadership skills to motivate both external and internal teams.
  6. Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  7. Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  8. Sensitivity and ability to operate within a political environment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Worcester office. The position offers a 35-hour work week, with a salary range of £35,887 – £38,288 (pay award pending) and a market forces supplement of £6,000 per annum.
