Job description

We’re partnering with a leading name in the active sportswear space to find a Compliance Manager with deep expertise in chemical compliance, ideally with a background in textile science and experience working directly with labs and testing facilities. This is a unique opportunity to join a brand that's redefining technical performancewear — with sustainability, innovation, and global standards at its core.

Based in a modern, collaborative London office (3 days in / 2 from home), this role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, technical challenge, and lifestyle flexibility. You'll be a key player in ensuring product safety and regulatory excellence across global markets, from REACH and OEKO-TEX to Prop 65, ZDHC, and beyond. Knowledge of the US market is essential.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes compliance — someone who understands the science behind fibres, finishes, and coatings, and who’s comfortable navigating both lab reports and boardrooms. Experience in chemical risk assessment, material testing, and supplier certification processes is essential, and a degree in chemical textiles or a related field is highly desirable.

You’ll work cross-functionally with design, sourcing, production and sustainability teams to ensure our materials not only perform but meet the highest standards of responsibility and compliance — globally.

**What’s on offer:**
A genuinely exciting role in a future-facing company, with a competitive salary, generous staff discount, brilliant team culture, and a strong bonus structure. The office is fast-paced but friendly, and you’ll be surrounded by people who care about product, performance, and the planet.
