Compliance Manager-Corporate SHEQ, Warrington

We serve the industrial sector with high safety and quality standards.

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our corporate headquarters in Warrington, with occasional travel to other sites.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability & Corporate SHEQ, you will be responsible for implementing Corporate SHEQ Policies and enhancing Corporate Governance related to operational H&S risks and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project manage the evaluation, review, development, and implementation of Corporate SHEQ Policies to control operational H&S risks and ensure compliance.
  2. Develop a program to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  3. Establish an audit program to monitor the effectiveness of H&S policies and procedures.
  4. Support Corporate & Operational SHEQ departments as needed.
Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will be able to:

  1. Manage policy evaluation, review, and implementation efficiently.
  2. Maintain a legal register and assess applicable legislation, reporting impacts and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Lead compliance audits effectively.
  4. Support SHEQ departments and lead initiatives like the internal PROUD program.
