Compliance Manager — Consumer Lending

London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)

£50k - £70k + benefits

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance with Compliance Advice, Monitoring, Conduct Risk oversight, Data Protection and SMCR.
• Identify, assess and communicate the impact of regulatory and legislative changes and work with the business to implement any required changes.
• Provide compliance support and sign-off for financial promotions, customer communications and literature, as well as providing Compliance Advisory support to the business.
• Assist with the design and delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan with a focus on Consumer Duty oversight.

Requirements

• Several years’ broad Regulatory Compliance experience within a consumer lending environment.
• Familiarity with regulations affecting this sector, including CONC and Consumer Duty.
• Excellent communication skills.
