Job Description:

A leading Commodities Broker in London is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the compliance specialist on complex regulatory implementations (e.g., MiFIR/EMIR reporting).
  • Oversee and guide the compliance monitoring plan.
  • Provide timely front-office compliance advice on trading and regulatory matters.
  • Lead compliance training, including SMCR certification and KYC policy updates.
  • Maintain and refine compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of commodities derivatives markets (base metals).
  • In-depth understanding of LME regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with OTC commodities and FX markets.
  • Expertise in EMIR, MiFID II, SMCR, IFPR, and Dodd-Frank.
  • Practical application of FCA regulations, including COBS, SYSC, MAR, and SUP
