Job Description:

A global investment firm is seeking a Compliance Manger with deep expertise in MyComplianceOffice (MCO) to join their Central Compliance function in their London Office. The firm supports 10 regulated entities and operates across over 30 jurisdictions, offering a diverse range of private funds including Mezzanine & Equity, Credit, Senior Debt, Real Estate, and Secondaries.

This is a hands-on role focused on optimising the functionality and performance of the MCO platform, especially with respect to brokerage accounts and feeds. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders to bring the system up to date, build new broker connections, and help develop key compliance processes and reporting within MCO.

Duties & Experience required include:

  • Proven experience with MCO, especially around employee brokerage accounts and broker data feeds.
  • Ability to review and remediate unmatched brokerage accounts and establish new feed connections.
  • Experience developing compliance reporting and processes within MCO, including conflicts of interest and leavers process.
  • 5+ years’ Compliance experience, preferably in an Investment/Wholesale Bank, Asset Manager, Private Equity, or Leveraged Finance environment.
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or similar preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of European and FCA regulation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator and team player – able to work independently and across multiple jurisdictions.
  • High resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
