Location: Hybrid / GAH | Reports to: Facilities Assurance Lead | £2M Compliance Budget
We're looking for a Compliance Manager to take the lead on statutory property compliance across our estate. This role is all about ensuring our buildings meet legal obligations, records are watertight, and remedial actions are handled swiftly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all statutory compliance activities (e.g. EICRs, Asbestos Management Plans)
Validate certification and manage any necessary remedial works
Maintain training plans to ensure team competence in statutory responsibilities
Track, interpret, and communicate changes in legislation and compliance standards
Act as the internal lead on property legal compliance across the organisation
Develop and report on key performance indicators related to compliance
Ensure our responsibilities as a residential landlord are fully met and documented
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in facilities or property compliance across multi-site operations
Solid understanding of UK property legislation and statutory obligations
Competent with CAFM or other compliance management systems
Professional membership (e.g. IEE, CIOB) is advantageous but not essential
