A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee operational compliance across their UK contracts. The role includes developing compliance systems, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. This position offers a mix of hybrid work and site visits, focused on delivering service excellence and fostering a strong safety culture.
Compliance Manager

Up to £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Compliance Manager with Facilities Management experience to take on a critical role in ensuring operational, statutory, and legal compliance across our UK contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working with key stakeholders and making a tangible impact on safety, compliance, and service excellence.
You will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, ensuring that quality, health & safety, and monitoring systems meet contractual and auditing requirements. You will play a pivotal role in setting quality benchmarks, training teams, and ensuring consistency across the contract.
