Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a driven and experienced compliance professional to lead the Periodic Review and CDD processes within a busy Compliance team. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in compliance within the financial services sector, particularly in Trust Company and Fund Services. You will provide essential support and advice on compliance, AML, and risk management duties, especially during the onboarding of new clients and investors. Job description

Great opportunity for an experienced, driven and talented candidate to take responsibility for the Periodic Review and CDD processes within a busy Compliance team. In addition, you will also provide advice and support to the business on a range of compliance, AML and risk management duties, mainly connected to onboarding of new clients and investors.

Applicants will need a minimum of three years experience within Compliance in the financial services industry, with a good understanding of Trust Company and Fund Services business, and ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification. You ll need to have experience of leading CDD and Periodic Review processes, and the ability to write reports, business correspondence, policy documents and procedure manuals. Strong communication, organisational and time management skills are essential, and previous team leadership experience is preferred.
