About the Role: Our client based in Hampshire are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead their newly formed Building Services Compliance team within the Housing, Neighbourhoods and Building Services Directorate. This role is critical in ensuring the Council meets its statutory duties across a portfolio of nearly 17,000 HRA residential dwellings and 900 corporate assets.
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for compliance across areas including gas servicing, asbestos, water safety, M&E, fire safety, lifts, and building health and safety. You'll also lead on the procurement and management of strategic servicing and repair contracts, ensuring best value and high service delivery.
