Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for risk management and regulatory excellence? We're working with a well-established, independent insurance brokerage that is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and evolve its compliance function.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within a growing and ambitious business. You'll be responsible for ensuring the company remains fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies, while also helping to shape a culture of integrity and accountability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, including FCA requirements, GDPR, and internal governance.
  • Maintain and develop the compliance monitoring plan and risk register.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Lead on internal audits, regulatory reporting, and file reviews.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
  • Support training and development initiatives to embed compliance awareness across the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and industry best practices.
