Clymac’s Compliance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Compliance Manager, to support the effective delivery of service operations while ensuring full adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements. The role will focus on maintaining compliance with Health & Safety procedures, internal SLAs, and service reporting protocols. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of compliance in a service-based environment.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal procedures, including Health & Safety regulations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quote conversion processes.
  • Monitor and manage aged service calls, ensuring all call types are addressed in line with company performance targets.
  • Support resource planning in collaboration with the Regional Service Manager to ensure efficient operational coverage.
  • Oversee and coordinate the effective utilisation of subcontractor resources.
  • Schedule reactive and remedial service visits across the UK, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Plan and coordinate routine maintenance visits on a national scale, aligning with contractual obligations and client expectations.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance management, with a strong understanding of regulatory and procedural adherence (preferred).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in scheduling within a service-based or operational environment (required).

  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and dependable, with a clear focus on delivering outcomes efficiently and accurately.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how compliance and scheduling impact operational performance and customer satisfaction.
