Base pay range

Do you thrive on assessing potential risks, developing procedures, and ensuring these are adhered to? Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Compliance Manager to support our integral team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP. This is a fully on-site position with very occasional need to support other sites.

As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and service standards/KPIs are met across the business by performing audits and checks and working collaboratively with key site members.

**You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 5 years.**

**Security checks are required for this role.**

What we offer:

  • We are offering a full time, permanent position of 40 hours per week. The working pattern is Mon - Fri, with shift times between 0700 – 1800, dependent on business requirements.
  • Annual salary is £33,000.

A day in the life of a Compliance Manager:

  • Full accountability for ensuring contractual compliance and services standards are adhered to.
  • Performing and completing audits and checks to meet KPI monitoring requirements. Supporting client reviews and audits.
  • Ensuring on-site managers are meeting the monthly schedule for these audits and checks and that all paperwork is completed in full and accurately.
  • Highlighting any risks or remedial actions that may ned undertaking to senior personnel immediately.
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing plans to ensure continuous improvement of compliance and service delivery.

You will be set up for success if you have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 5 years. Security checks are required for this role.
  • Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills.
  • Health & Safety Level 2.
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation.
  • Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry.
  • Ability and full confidence in producing reports across all areas of the business.
