Role overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to make the transition into the tech or sports industry or for those already working in-house and looking for a new challenge at an exciting, fast-growing company at the cutting edge of technology. The role will be an integral part of the award-winning global Kambi Legal and Compliance Teams - which is growing at an accelerated pace.
As a Compliance Manager, serving as the second line of defence, you will be responsible for testing the effectiveness of internal controls related to sports betting regulation. Collaborating closely with relevant teams, you will develop improvement plans to address identified weaknesses and ensure that deficiencies are escalated to senior management promptly. Your responsibilities will include providing quarterly compliance reports to senior management and contributing to the long-term strategic direction of the team. You will also manage policies in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) areas, including gifts, hospitality, and conflict of interest. This includes providing advice and maintaining relevant registers. Additionally, you will perform risk assessments and ensure that all related training and controls meets the company's needs and addresses identified risks.
