Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing company based in West London area who are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join their team.

As Compliance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation's housing stock and maintenance services meet all statutory and regulatory standards. This includes oversight of key safety areas such as gas, electrical, fire, asbestos and lift compliance across a varied and growing portfolio.

You will:

  • Lead on all aspects of compliance management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in social housing
  • Oversee contractor performance and audit regimes
  • Develop policies and procedures to manage risk and maintain high levels of service
  • Produce reports for internal stakeholders and external bodies including the Regulator of Social Housing
  • You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a compliance role within social housing
  • Strong knowledge of M&E, fire safety, lifts, etc.
  • Up-to-date understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory obligations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills
  • Relevant qualifications in compliance, health & safety, or facilities management are highly desirable
