You’ll:
Deliver risk-based 2LoD compliance monitoring as part of our Compliance Plan.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and assurance reviews with a sharp eye and balanced judgment.
Influence the business on control improvements and risk mitigation.
Champion a culture of compliance and customer-centric conduct risk management.
Play a pivotal role in FCA engagements, including thematic reviews and regulatory visits.
Produce clear, insightful reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
You’ll Bring:
A QCF Level 4 DipFA or DipPFS (or equivalent)
Hands-on experience in 2LoD compliance within financial services.
Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including FCA Handbooks (COBS, SYSC, T&C, etc.), Consumer Duty, data protection, and financial crime frameworks.
Strong communication skills – you can challenge with diplomacy and influence with credibility.
A collaborative mindset – you're comfortable advising senior stakeholders and working in partnership across departments.
