Job description

We are seeking a Compliance Manager with proven experience in the ECO4 scheme and the renewable energy sector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our operations and installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee internal compliance processes, manage key industry accreditations, and ensure that all work delivered under ECO4 and renewable energy frameworks meets statutory, customer, and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all compliance activities across ECO4 and renewable energy projects.

  • Maintain and develop organisational certifications including CHAS, Achilles, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

  • Oversee audits (internal and external), documentation control, and quality management processes.

  • Ensure all installations comply with ECO4 regulations, PAS 2035 standards, and funding body requirements.

  • Conduct regular site audits, internal reviews, and provide guidance to operational teams.

  • Manage health & safety compliance across multiple project sites.

  • Act as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and certification auditors.

  • Deliver training and updates to staff on compliance procedures and legislative changes.

  • Support continuous improvement across quality, safety, and environmental systems.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing compliance in ECO4, retrofitting, or renewable energy environments.

  • Working knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and TrustMark frameworks.

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with CHAS, Achilles, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

  • Experience conducting audits and managing external assessments.
