I’m on the lookout for a dynamic Compliance Manager to play a crucial role in maintaining quality and trust within a fresh produce provider. If you’re a compliance expert with a solid background in food safety and love rolling up your sleeves to make things better, smarter, and safer – please apply.

You’ll be at the heart of technical operations, leading internal audits, ensuring certification and customer compliance, and driving operational improvements across the business.

Responsibilities:

Lead root cause investigations and drive continuous improvement through effective corrective actions.

  • Own internal audit programs and ensure alignment with customer specifications, certifications (e.g., BRCGS), and external audit standards.

Support the Head of Technical on key projects and act as their deputy when needed.

Be an active voice in the HACCP team and other cross-departmental working groups.

Help develop, implement, and improve food safety and quality management system.

Report on technical risks, KPIs, and compliance performance with clarity and confidence.

You:

Formal qualifications in auditing or quality management systems.

HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.

Experience supporting or leading BRCGS audits.

3+ years’ experience in the fresh produce sector or related food industry.

Sharp eye for detail, great communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.
