My client works to install renewable energy solutions, facilitate access to ECO funding for low-income households, support local and national contractors, and reduce the nation’s carbon footprint.

This role reports into the Group Environmental, Social and Governance Director and is responsible for the group's quality assurance policies, procedures, and internal audit requirements while overseeing the group's GDPR practices and being the point of contact for 3rd party audits, accreditation, and certification.

  1. Quality Assurance
  2. Overseeing the group's policies and procedures while aligning to management system principles in an integrated approach to include the following ISO standards: ISO 9001 – Quality, ISO 14001 – Environmental, ISO 27001 – Data Security, ISO 39001 – Road Safety, ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety
  3. Developing appropriate internal audit requirements
  4. Overseeing 3rd party audits, certification, and accreditation including but not limited to SSIP schemes and MCS

GDPR – Data Protection Officer

Documenting the group's GDPR touchpoints and identifying appropriate control measures. Investigating breaches where applicable and reporting as required. Developing periodic audit requirements. Working in conjunction with the Head of HR and development to identify or develop appropriate staff training.

It is envisaged that an individual from a quality assurance role within a financial environment would have an understanding across all areas of the role to develop the group's assurance and compliance activities supported by local or specialist knowledge.

Would ideally suit someone at manager level who is looking for the next step in their career.
