Job summary

North Wales Housing is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our health and safety approach, ensuring a safe, compliant working environment and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will drive policy, manage audits, and partner with teams and regulators to maintain our high standards across the organisation. Based in Conwy, LL31 9HL, with a hybrid working pattern (two remote days) and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

Experience as a Compliance Manager or similar in housing sector.
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
Proven ability to lead corporate health and safety strategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the health and safety compliance strategy for the organisation.
Ensure regulatory compliance across all operations and sites.
Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections; liaise with regulators.
