We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our global compliance programme. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in UK regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and external partners. The successful candidate will also bring a solid understanding of compliance technology tools and systems.
This is a hybrid opportunity working 2 days a week from our London or Cambridge office.

You'll need a bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or a related field, along with solid experience in a compliance role—ideally within a regulated industry. A strong understanding of the UK Bribery Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Failure to Prevent Fraud legislation is essential, as is hands-on experience with compliance technology tools and systems.
You should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach. Experience in the software or SaaS industry will be highly beneficial.
It would also be advantageous if you\'re familiar with investigation protocols and reporting standards, and fluent in Spanish, French, or German.
