Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our global compliance programme. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in UK regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and external partners. The successful candidate will also bring a solid understanding of compliance technology tools and systems.

This is a hybrid opportunity working 2 days a week from our London or Cambridge office.

What Will I Be Doing?

Compliance Operations:

  • Drafting, implementing, and maintaining global compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring timely updates to internal controls
  • Conducting internal audits and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risks
  • Investigating and resolving compliance violations and partner noncompliance issues
  • Assisting in drafting and preparing internal investigation reports
  • Conducting third-party due diligence and risk assessments
  • Supporting the monitoring of the Anti-Bribery and Gifts & Hospitality programme
  • Overseeing daily operations of the global compliance programme

Working with Stakeholders:

  • Acting as a point of contact for the Global Go-to-Market team and Global Partner Organisation (GPO) on compliance matters
  • Providing guidance and training to internal teams
  • Liaising with external regulators, auditors, and partners as needed

Using Technology & Systems:

  • Using compliance technology platforms for monitoring, reporting, and documentation
  • Maintaining and updating compliance databases and registers
What Experience Do I Need?

You'll need a bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or a related field, along with solid experience in a compliance role—ideally within a regulated industry. A strong understanding of the UK Bribery Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Failure to Prevent Fraud legislation is essential, as is hands-on experience with compliance technology tools and systems.

You should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach. Experience in the software or SaaS industry will be highly beneficial.

It would also be advantageous if you\'re familiar with investigation protocols and reporting standards, and fluent in Spanish, French, or German.
