Job summary

Taylor Root in London supports a well-established insurance organisation hiring a Compliance Manager to join its Risk & Compliance function. This leadership role owns key compliance activities, drives regulatory initiatives and contributes to the ongoing development of the firm's compliance framework.

You will manage and develop a team of two Compliance Analysts, oversee workload allocations and support professional progression.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA and Lloyd's regulatory requirements within the insurance market.
• Proven experience interpreting, implementing and overseeing regulatory change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty framework across the business.
• Mentor and develop a team of two Compliance Analysts; oversee workload and development.
• Prepare and present compliance reports and regulatory updates to senior management and boards.
• Provide expert advice on FCA, PRA and Lloyd's requirements and associated risks.
• Lead regulatory change assessments and collaborate with key stakeholders.
