Job summary

MFS is seeking a Compliance Lead Specialist in a hybrid work environment to oversee regulatory compliance within assigned business units. You will train compliance professionals, guide staff on regulatory requirements, and manage key partner relationships to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The role includes leading financial promotions approvals for UCITs Funds in the EMEA region, researching regulatory issues, drafting guidelines, and collaborating with Legal on new rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience related to investment management, financial services compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships by attending status meetings and communicating compliance requirements.
• Lead on financial promotions approvals for UCITs Fund range and EMEA materials.
• Research regulatory issues and advise internal stakeholders to maintain compliant operations.
• Draft new guidelines and procedures.
• Provide compliance training to personnel.
• Keep updated on global regulatory updates and interpretations with the team.
• Collaborate with Legal to assess implications of new rules and recommend actions.
• Support global initiatives within the assigned region.
