We are recruiting for a Compliance Lead to ensure we maintain the highest clinical and operational standards across our clinic network.
This is a full-time, permanent role, reporting to the Director of Governance and Risk Management. It offers a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in our support office at 2 Bromwich Court, Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, B46 1JU.
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE.

Summary of Role
- Support the delivery of high standards of clinical governance.
- Develop and update the company's compliance framework, including policies, performance standards, and reporting systems.
- Drive improvements in compliance, data protection, and health and safety across the company.
- Manage compliance related to CQC, HIS, HIW, including registered manager applications.
- Assist clinics and managers in understanding and adhering to CQC, HIS, HIW standards.
- Prepare for inspections and ensure action plans from audits are implemented.
- Conduct risk assessments on new sites and oversee health and safety processes.
- Ensure health and safety policies are up-to-date and compliant.
- Coordinate health & safety training for Clinic Managers.
- Act as the company's Information Governance Lead to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Monitor changes in UK healthcare regulation and advise the business accordingly.
- Provide compliance reports and updates for executive meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Degree or minimum two years' experience in a quality or compliance role.
- Qualification in Law, Nursing, Medicine, Health & Safety, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience in audits and understanding of UK medical care regulations.
- Strong report writing, policy development, and trend analysis skills.
- Knowledge of UK data protection laws.
- Experience in preparing agendas and minutes.
- Experience in private healthcare or aesthetic/cosmetic sectors is preferred.
- Understanding medical terminology.
- Ability to travel across UK sites.
- Experience with “E-Clinic” and incident management systems.
